Demand forecasting and inventory planning
Predicstox forecasts demand for every item in every store or warehouse, tells you what to reorder and when, warns you before stock runs out, and finds the stock that isn't moving.

Who looks through it
Stockouts lose the sale today. Dead stock locks up cash for months. Predicstox works on both ends of the same problem, item by item and location by location.
Twenty stores, one buying team. Bestsellers run out in one branch while the same item gathers dust in another.
Thousands of SKUs, long vendor lead times and retailers who expect every order filled in full.
A campaign takes off, the hero product sells out, and the next production batch is six weeks away.
Raw material buying depends on finished-goods demand that sales teams can only guess at.
How to read the sky
Lines between stars join products that sell together. A soft blue band reaches from each star into the next eight weeks: that is its forecast. Two kinds of star need your attention.
Items whose forecast will outrun stock before a new order can land. They turn red days in advance, with a reorder or transfer already drafted.
Stockout AlertsItems with far more stock than demand. They fade on the chart, and come with a transfer to a store that needs them or a markdown that clears them.
Overstock FinderPredicstox reads your sales history, then models trend, seasonality, festivals, school calendars, weather and your own promotions to project the next 8 to 26 weeks of demand, with a confidence band you can actually plan around.
Explore Demand ForecasterItem x store x week
Forecasts are built at the level you buy and replenish, then rolled up to category, region and company totals.
Confidence, not false precision
Every forecast carries a P10 to P90 range. Wide bands flag items where safety stock matters more than the point estimate.
Explained, factor by factor
See how much of next week comes from trend, season, a festival or a planned discount, so buyers can challenge the number.
Re-learns every week
New sales flow in, forecasts update, and accuracy is tracked against what actually sold, item by item.
The Reorder Planner turns forecasts into a draft purchase plan for each vendor. It respects lead times, minimum order quantities, case packs and your open-to-buy budget, then waits for your approval.
Explore Reorder PlannerOrder-by dates
Each line shows the last safe day to place the order, based on the vendor's real lead time, not the promised one.
MOQ and case packs
Quantities round to case packs and minimums, and the planner shows the extra cover each rounding buys you.

Gold tick = vendor lead time. Bars ending before it mean only a transfer can save the shelf.
Stockout Alerts compare stock on hand with the forecast and the vendor's lead time. When an item will run out before a fresh order can land, you hear about it while there is still time to act.
Explore Stockout AlertsDays to stockout
Every alert states the expected run-out date and how many sales are at risk between then and the next delivery.
Fastest fix first
If another store holds spare units, the alert suggests a transfer before a rush order.
Seasonality Lens maps the events that shape your year and measures what each one did to every category in your own history. Regional festivals, school calendars, heat waves and rains become numbers you can plan with.
Explore Seasonality LensMoving festivals are aligned by event date, not calendar date.
Moving festivals
Diwali, Eid, Onam and Pongal shift every year. The lens aligns history by event, not by calendar date.
Weather signals
Heat, rain and cold are read per city, so umbrellas lift in Mumbai weeks before they lift in Delhi.
School calendars
Term start dates by state drive bags, bottles, lunch boxes and stationery. They are built in.
Your own events
Add local fairs, store anniversaries or a sale weekend. Their effect is learned from the next occurrence.
Promo Impact simulates a promotion on your own price response. Pick a category, a depth and a window, and see the extra units, the stock you need to support it, and what happens to margin.
Explore Promo ImpactCannibalisation
Shows how much of the lift is stolen from full-price items in the same category.
Stock to support it
Calculates the units needed per store so the promotion does not end in empty shelves on day three.

Two quiet leaks in every inventory. Slow stock with transfer and markdown suggestions on one side; vendors ranked by how close their deliveries come to the promised date on the other.

How it works
Upload a sales export or schedule a nightly file from your POS, ERP or Tally. Items, stores, stock and open POs are mapped once.
Before you trust a single number, the model forecasts your past year blind and shows how close it came, item by item.
Forecasts refresh, alerts arrive in a morning digest, and reorder plans are drafted for each vendor.
Buyers review, edit and approve. Purchase orders and transfers export to the systems you already run.
Works with data from
Plain promises
The forecast is a calm second opinion with its working shown. Your buyers stay in charge of every rupee and dollar spent.
Forecasts are estimates with confidence ranges. Every number shows how sure the model is.
Predicstox never places a purchase order without your approval.
An inventory planning tool. No stock-market predictions and no investment advice.
Encrypted, owned by you, and never used to train AI for other customers.
Questions
Ideally a year, so every season has been seen at least once. Two or three years sharpen festival and weather effects. You can start with as little as 12 weeks; forecasts begin with wider confidence bands and tighten as history builds up.
Yes. Most teams start with a scheduled CSV or Excel export of sales, stock and purchase orders, which works with Tally, SAP Business One, Zoho Inventory, Shopify and almost every POS. The Observatory plan adds direct ERP sync and a REST API.
It depends on the item. Fast movers in stable categories often land within 10 to 15% weekly error; slow, lumpy items are less predictable. Accuracy is measured openly as WAPE and bias for every item, and every forecast carries a P10 to P90 range so you can see how sure it is.
Yes. A new item borrows the demand shape of similar items in the same category, price band and stores, then shifts to its own history as soon as real sales come in.
No. Predicstox suggests orders; you approve them. Approved plans export as purchase orders in CSV, Excel or a Tally-ready format, and you send them through the channel you already use.
No. The "stox" in Predicstox means inventory stock. It forecasts units of product on your shelves and in your warehouses. It does not predict share prices or offer investment advice.
