Privacy Policy
Your sales and inventory data are the most sensitive numbers in your business. This policy sets out exactly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
01 What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit this website, create an account, or use the demand forecasting and inventory planning service (the "Service"). It covers two kinds of information: details about you as a person, and the business data you upload so we can produce forecasts.
02 Information you give us
- Account details: your name, work email, company, role, type of business, number of SKUs and locations, and the system your data comes from.
- Messages you send through the contact form, and replies we exchange by email.
- Billing details for paid plans, such as billing name, address and tax registration. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
03 Business data you upload
To produce forecasts, you upload or connect sales history, stock on hand, purchase orders, goods receipts, item and store master data, vendor details, prices and promotion calendars ("Customer Data").
- Customer Data belongs to you. We process it only to deliver the Service to you.
- Customer Data is never sold, and is never used to train forecasting models offered to other customers.
- Aggregated public signals we use, such as festival calendars, school terms and weather, contain no Customer Data.
04 Information collected automatically
When you use the website or the Service we record basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of each request. Inside the Service we log sign-ins and key actions, such as approving a reorder plan, so you have an audit trail. A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms from automated abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
05 How we use information
- To create your account and send your login credentials.
- To build forecasts, alerts, reorder plans and the other outputs of the Service.
- To answer enquiries and provide support.
- To send service notices, such as alert digests, billing reminders and changes to these terms.
- To keep the Service secure, detect misuse and fix faults.
06 Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, transactional email and payment processing, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share Customer Data with other customers, vendors or marketplaces.
07 Security
Customer Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support your account, and every access is logged. Workspaces are logically separated so one customer can never see another customer's data.
08 Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while your account is active. Customer Data is kept for the duration of your subscription so forecasts can learn from history. Free trial data is deleted 30 days after the trial ends unless you subscribe. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from live systems and removed from backups within a further 30 days.
09 Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent for optional emails at any time. Account owners can export or delete Customer Data from workspace settings, or ask us to do it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
10 Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that affects how your information is used, we will tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
