Straight answers about limits, billing and the free forecast.
What counts as a SKU?
One sellable item, such as a size or colour variant, tracked in at least one location. A t-shirt in three sizes is three SKUs. The same SKU in ten stores still counts once toward the SKU limit.
What does the free forecast include?
Up to 100 SKUs in one location with the Demand Forecaster, Stockout Alerts and Reorder Planner for 30 days. No card is needed, and your data is deleted if you do not continue.
What happens if we grow past our plan?
Nothing breaks. Extra SKUs and locations are billed at the rate shown on your plan, and we suggest moving up when the next instrument becomes cheaper.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are shown in US dollars; invoices can be raised in INR with GST at the prevailing exchange rate.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the billing month. Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days.
